What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and wellness products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Final sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
