At Eloveya, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Gift cards

Final sale items

Personalized or custom products

Beauty or wellness products that have been opened or used

Return Requests

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided with the return address.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and packaging when possible.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for financial institutions to process the refund after approval.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after being notified of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.
